2 cups hot water
2 pkgs quick rise yeast
1 cup sugar
Cover and let sit for 15 minutes. When foamy add:
2 eggs
3/4 cup dry milk
2 cubes salted butter
~6 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
Cover with a wet towel for 2 hours, then punch down. Form into rolls and place in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
