Ingredients:
2-3 lbs red new potatoes (do not peel)
1 pkg cream cheese
1 cube butter
salt & pepper
Directions:
Scrub and cut red potatoes into small pieces. Boil in large stock pot until done. Drain completely. Put the cream cheese and butter in the bottom of a mixing bowl. Add the potatoes and mix until creamy.
