3 large green tomatoes, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices
1 tbsp. salt
Hot tap water
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
2 tsp. Creole seasoning
Canola Oil
Directions:
Combine tomato slices, salt, and hot water in a baking dish; let stand 30 minutes. Drain.
