1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup cinnamon chips
For topping:
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar

Pour the batter into the prepared pan, and set aside. In a small bowl, stir together the topping ingredients. Buttermilk Banana Bread

Ingredients:
1 3/4 C flour
1 t baking soda
2 large eggs
1/2 C veg oil
1 1/2 C sugar
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla
3 very ripe bananas
1/4 C + 1 T buttermilk
1 C chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. I spray my loaf pan with Pam and put it in the fridge while I'm mixing so the coating sets to guarantee no sticking. I throw everything into my kitchenaid and mix up until nice and soupy then fold in the walnuts--big chunks are better. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes or when its done with the toothpick test. Cool on a wire rack.
