Ingredients:
2 quart cans Hunt’s whole tomatoes
½ to 1 cup cilantro
1 cup chopped white onion
1 cup chopped green onion
1 tablespoon black pepper
2 tablespoons salt
1/8 cup diced green chili
1 clove diced garlic
1 tablespoon chili flakes
1 to 2 tablespoons oregano
Directions:
Pour tomatoes into blender and hit pulse once or twice or to preferred consistency. Throw in other ingredients and mix. Put Salsa in fridge for 30 minutes. Flavors will meld over time. Depending on freshness of ingredients, you may need to add salt and heat to taste.
